      使用及散佈使用權（以下面英文格式為準）

      RAR 壓縮工具是共享軟體，這表示：

   1. 所有 RAR 的著作權都僅專屬於作者
      - Alexander Roshal

   2. 任何人都可以在 40 天的評估期使用這個軟體。在 40 天的期限之後，如果還想繼
      續使用這軟體，您必須註冊。

   3. RAR 有兩種使用權類型，分別是：

      a.  單一電腦使用使用權。使用者購買一個使用權，在一台電腦使用 RAR 壓縮工具
          。

      b.  多使用者使用權。使用者從購買者、購買者的員工或經銷商，購買與電腦同等
          數量數量的使用使用權來使用。

          在網路環境的使用權，不得小於最多可能同時上線的人數。

      完成註冊，使用者可以在任何合法的理由內，在上述定義的使用權數量範圍中，以
      不違反使用權規定的方式使用 RAR。已經註冊的 RAR 軟體不可以出租或連線使用，
      但可以在對方同意遵守使用權規定、雙方同意之下全部轉讓。如果軟體是升級版，
      轉讓則必須包含升級版及之前所有版本。

   4. RAR 未註冊的共享軟體版本，得以在以下排除條文之內原封不動的自由散佈。

      a.  任何個人或公司不得在沒有取得使用權所有者的書面同意之下，違反 UnRAR 排
          除條文進行散佈。
      b.  任何個人或公司不得在沒有取得使用權所有者的書面同意之下，逕行收錄未註
          冊之測試版 RAR/WinRAR 至其軟體中。
      c.  破解或盜取、註冊金鑰、金鑰產生器皆不得包裝於軟體中流通。

   5. 要註冊，您必須購買 RAR。詳情請參閱 order.htm。

   6. RAR 壓縮軟體必須依現狀提供傳播，沒有內含或附有保證書，您必須自負使用風險
      。作者或經銷商不對使用本軟體引起的資料流失、損毀、利益損失或其他損失等負
      責。

   7. 除了註冊費用之外，舉凡 RAR/WinRAR 壓縮檔、自動解壓縮檔、分割壓縮檔、分割
      自動解壓縮等，沒有進一步的使用權費用。合法註冊的使用者可以使用其版本的
      RAR 來處理壓縮檔及自動解壓縮檔，並且可以自由的散佈這些建立出來的 RAR 成
      員。

   8. 未經本使用權同意，您不得使用、複製、模擬、散佈、租賃、販售、修改、反組譯
      、反編譯、拆解、或傳播授權版本的全部或其部分。任何這類未經授權的行為，即
      構成自動立即解除本使用權的要素，並可能構成公訴的犯罪的行為。

      沒有作者的書面同意，RAR 二進位碼、WinRAR 二進位碼、UnRAR 資源或 UnRAR 二
      進位碼，皆不得使用或反組譯以重新建立 RAR 壓縮演算法，該壓縮法為作者所有。

      除了上述第 3 點之情形，RAR 及 WinRAR 註冊檔不得在個人合法控制的範圍外，或
      購買原始使用權的個人未經使用權所有者書面同意之下逕行散佈。

      所有在這裡沒有明確規定的權利，皆屬於 Alexander Roshal。

   9. 安裝及使用 RAR/WinRAR 即表示接受上述使用期限及使用權的規定。

  10. 如果您不同意這使用權的內容，您必須從您的儲存設備中移除 RAR/WinRAR 檔案，
      並終止使用該產品。

      The RAR archiver is distributed as try before you buy. This means:

   1. All copyrights to RAR are exclusively owned by the author
      - Alexander Roshal.

   2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40
      days. Following this test period of 40 days or less,
      if you wish to continue to use RAR, you must register.

   3. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for RAR, these are:

      a.  A single computer usage license. The user purchases one license
          to use the RAR archiver on one computer.

      b.  A multiple usage license. The user purchases a number of usage
          licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or
          accredited agents, on the same number of computers.

          The number of licenses in network environment must not be less
          than the maximum possible amount of simultaneous users.

      Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
      RAR on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above
      according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose.
      The registered RAR software may not be rented or leased, but may be
      permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it
      agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update,
      the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

   4. The RAR/WinRAR unregistered trial version may be freely distributed,
      with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not
      modified in any way.

      a.  No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package
          with the exception of the UnRAR components, without written
          permission of the copyright owner.

      b.  The RAR/WinRAR unregistered trial version may not be distributed
          inside of any other software package without written permission
          of the copyright owner.

      c.  Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the
          same distribution.

   5. To register you must buy RAR. See order.htm for details.

   6. THE RAR ARCHIVER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
      KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
      NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE
      FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS
      WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

   7. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of
      registration, associated with the creation and distribution of RAR
      archives, volumes, self-extracting archives or self-extracting
      volumes. Legally registered owners may use their copies of
      RAR/WinRAR to produce archives and self-extracting archives and
      to distribute those archives free of any additional RAR royalties.

   8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
      decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
      the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except
      as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
      result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
      may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

      Neither RAR binary code, WinRAR binary code, UnRAR source or UnRAR
      binary code may be used or reverse engineered to re-create the RAR
      compression algorithm, which is proprietary, without written
      permission of the author.

      RAR and WinRAR keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated
      in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
      person or persons who purchased the original license, without
      written permission of the copyright holder.

      All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Alexander Roshal.

   9. Installing and using RAR/WinRAR signifies acceptance of these terms
      and conditions of the license.

  10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
      remove RAR/WinRAR files from your storage devices and cease to
      use the product.
